Din Tai Fung is originally from Taiwan. Of course we need to eat in Din Tai Fung when we were in Taiwan! We were at Din Tai Fung at around 2pm. Not much people queuing in front of us. By the time we had chosen our dishes, it was almost our turn to get into the restaurant. The staff are attentive and polite, refilling our cups of tea when it was half full.

Each tart costs NT$70/SGD$3.24. (It costs SGD$3.50 per tart in Singapore). I didn't buy it as it was cheaper to buy it in Malaysia, Thailand and Japan, less than SGD$3 per tart.
Super love this beef dice cubes street food! It's like beef steak but sliced into cubes and you can eat it on its own or with other dishes! The only seasoning is salt and that brings out the natural flavour of the beef.
Braised minced pork rice with fried egg from Tian Tian Li 天天利
This green tea matcha stall is just below Diary of Ximen Hotel building. I bought a large cup of matcha latte for NT$70/SGD$3.25. I keep seeing long queues at this stall since the first day.

There is only 2 levels in this Daiso outlet in Zhongshan district but level 2 is very spacious. Everything can be found in level 2. It is not crowded too, as compared to the outlet at Taipei Main Station area.

I prefer this to Chia Te Bakery. The pineapple is sweeter and the tart is more buttery.
Last day in Ximending~
MacDonalds Pork burger! Came into MacDonalds to hide from the chilly wind and rain actually. Haha
