First Station is the cold seafood; mussels, clams, (one of the highlights) Boston lobsters and prawns.
The clams aren't that great, kinda tasteless.

The Boston lobsters taste really good with the cocktail dressing, bring out the flavour of the lobsters. The servers top up the lobsters rather quickly.

Canada oysters. Firm and salty.

France oysters. The saltiest of all.

USA oysters. Refreshing salty taste.

Each person is only allowed 5 oysters per plate. You can request for the different countries oysters or the chef will ask if you would like which country OR the chef will simply just take different countries oysters and pass it to you if you have no preference.

Add the prawns and clams from the cold station to the laska to enjoy!

Chili lobsters claws

Wagyu beef!
The first batch that I ate is medium rare and it's really good~ The juiciness of the beef and the buttery taste melts in the mouth. However, the 2nd and 3rd batch of the wagyu beef aren't that great. The meat is cooked till quite tough.

A variety of hot Asian dishes like, lotus leaf rice, duck meat, dim sum, chicken drumlets, Char Kway Teow etc

Dessert - the cakes are good, especially the cheese cakes.

Cheese station. The cheese stick is stale...

There is also the sashimi station, serving salmon, tuna and tako. But no sushi.

The variety of food is not plentiful so it's kind easy to get sick of the food, especially if you do not try all of the food. But the ambience in the restaurant is nice and cosy. The servers are quick to clear our empty plates and constantly topping up the water even though the restaurant is full of people.
